1. Harry Demorest and Black Dog Properties (hereinafter, Demorest) appeal a judgment in this action arising out of a boundary dispute. Demorest argues that the trial court erroneously determined that the Nelson survey located an accurate boundary. Alternatively, he contends the trial court erroneously concluded Demorest failed to prove the elements of adverse possession. We reject his arguments and affirm the judgment.
